What is the Golden Visa
A residency program issued by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus

Available to non-EU investors and their families through 2 programs:

Real Estate: Investment valued at €300,000 or more.

Business: Establishing a business with an investment of at least €200,000.

Final approval; the Golden Visa card is delivered to you in Vietnam.
Approval & biometrics
Receive initial approval and travel to Cyprus to submit biometric data.
Submit application
The application goes to the Cyprus Immigration Department for review.
Contracts & funds
Sign the service
agreement and property purchase contract; transfer the investment funds.
Deposit & due diligence
Sign the deposit agreement and complete an initial document review.
